Qualifications:
- Meet the minimum age to drive in Canada
- Clear a back ground check with no criminal record
- Have at least one year driving experience with good driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Class 5 Driver's licence
- Cantonese or Mandarin speaking

Dispatcher position:
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the allocation of fleet resources in accordance with availability and schedules.
- Collaborating with the Maintenance team to coordinate and plan equipment servicing activities.
- Developing plans and schedules for plant interruptions, outages, haul diversions, holidays, etc.
- Verifying the accuracy of driver documents and approving billable and payable hours.
- Daily review of dispatch schedules and plant information, and strategically adjusting plans to address changes.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and drivers to ensure optimal operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Fulfilling other duties as necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the transportation industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer skills at an intermediate level; familiarity with Axon or a similar dispatch system is advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to apply knowledge and experience to comprehend the broader operational context.
- Capacity to collaborate within a dynamic team and adapt to the dynamic nature of the industry.
- Flexibility in approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with exceptional organizational skills.
- Process-oriented individual adept at executing tasks from inception to completion.
- Possesses professional and effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
